Plan descriptions only give an approximate number of players the server can accommodate. In reality, this number can be more or less, depending on the plugins and mods installed on your server.
Log in to the control panel and look under the game server settings for the wipe map/players page, and then click confirm to do this. Your Minecraft server has now been completely wiped. You can now restart your server as a completely fresh game.
